The Commissary menu honors the Presidio’s historic legacy with a food and drink program showcasing Spain’s influence on Northern California, San Francisco, and the Presidio. 

The menu is driven by sustainable ingredients sourced from local farmers and artisans whenever possible. Each dish is thoughtfully created to entertain the senses with an array of colors, flavors, and aromas. Items change regularly based on seasonality and availability. The Commissary offers a full bar stocked with hand-crafted cocktails, wine, and beer.
