Each month a different ingredient will inspire a prix-fixe menu prepared by local and visiting culinary luminaries.

NOTE: There will be no Open Kitchen Series dinner in June; we will return July 10 (the second Monday in July, because of Independence Day).

Inspiration – Stone Fruits

$105 per person; $140 with wine pairing

This month’s Open Kitchen menu at The Commissary will highlight summer stone fruits, in collaboration with Tenbrink Farms. Guests Kim Alter, chef-owner of San Francisco’s Nightbird and Linden Room; Philip Tessier, culinary director at Hestan, formerly of The French Laundry, and 2015 Bocuse d’Or silver medalist; and Audie Golder, executive chef of Jardinière will join The Commissary’s Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia in creating this special five-course menu.

Located in the Suisun Valley, Tenbrink Farms is celebrated by Bay Area chefs for its stone fruit varieties, from Rich Lady peaches to white apriums and Dino Egg pluots. Discover the incredible spectrum of summer stone fruits as you’ve never tasted them before in dishes both savory and sweet created by these talented chefs.
