Inspiration - Chocolate
$110 per person; $145 with wine pairing

February's Open Kitchen menu at The Commissary is inspired by chocolate. The special four-course prix fixe, in partnership with award-winning San Francisco-based Dandelion Chocolate, is a collaborative dinner with The Commissary's Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia and talented guest chefs Tyler Rodde of the celebrated Oenotri in Napa, Srijith Gopinathan of San Francisco's 2-Michelin starred Campton Place, and Francis Ang of Pinoy Heritage, formerly of The Fifth Floor and Dirty Habit.

The word February is born from the Latin word Februarius, meaning to "purify." Chocolate, in addition to being associated with love and indulgence, contains plant compounds with potent antioxidant properties that are responsible for the ability to promote good heart health. So, it turns out that chocolate is a key ingredient for all matters of the heart.

We look forward to seeing you on February 6!
