Executive Chef Eric Minnich will be joined in the kitchen by Chef Traci Des Jardins; Reylon Agustin, executive chef at Michelin-starred Madera in Palo Alto, CA; Rogelio Garcia, Top Chef season 15 contestant and chef de cuisine at Michelin-starred Spruce in San Francisco; and Robbie Lewis, regional culinary director for Bon Appétit Management Company, alongside chef Tom Meckfessel's wood fired mobile paella extravaganza Paella del Reyes for a collaborative menu commemorating The Commissary.
